We have provided support in administering the Dental CAHPS survey providing Veteran assessments of their dental care. Ipsos manages a Veterans Insight Panel providing quick turnaround and innovative approaches for the VHA to obtain Veteran feedback on prospective concepts and communications in advance of mainstreaming them as well as providing an online platform for testing future survey instruments. Ipsos’ Public Affairs team also supports the VHA in its mission to recruit 1 Million Veterans to sign up for a national genomic registry in support of the precision medicine initiative.
